1. Communication will be done through one of Virtual Point Studio's official social media platforms, such as: TikTok and Instagram DMs.

2. We would put client orders on waitlist after we receive 50% of total payment.

3. All of our works are only for personal use. Contact us for commercial use.

4. Maximum revisions 3 times during sketch and flat color.

5. If there are more than 3 revisions, we would add additional fees for extra revisions.

6. Based on our artists' schedule, it will take one week or could be faster.

7. Free solid/simple background is included.

8. Commissioned art will be sent by email with .png or .jpg format.

9. All of our products are digital. therefore, we couldn't provide assistance with publishing your art on any physical media.

10. Virtual Point Studio has the right to upload client's commissions to our social media for testimony and portfolio.

11. Virtual Point Studio has the right to change terms and regulations at any time without prior notice.

1. We accept payments through BRI, Dana, and Gopay for Local & Paypal for Overseas

2. We will ask for invoice after client's payment to protect from fraud, also we do not accept transferring through Paypal with friends & family feature.

3. Client needs to pay minimum 50% of total payments after confirmed sketch, and immediately pay the total payments when the project is completed.

4. If the client paid in full but wishes to cancel the commission, only 50% of the total payment is refund.

5. If the client cancels after only paying down payment, only 50% of down payment is refund.

6. Please be careful while doing transaction, because We do not claim any responsibility for any errors caused by banks/platforms when doing transaction.
